CNI Control Room implements the latest technology and equipment required to operate a successful and vigilant operation center. Our very high standards and stringent screening of our operators ensure that we are always professional and always alert. CNI Control Room is fitted with a 9-hour back-up UPS (uninterrupted power supply) and generator, ensuring zero downtime, especially during load shedding or power cuts.
The CNI Control Room is equipped to monitor the heart of your alarm system and CCTV. This ensures that all emergency and burglary triggers, low battery, power failures, and any faults detected by your alarm system, are sent through to our Control Room and are dealt with immediately and correctly.
